The heritage of the Boathouse brand began in 1976, through the revolutionary design of the iconic Stevenson jacket. The innovative silhouette was introduced for use during the Montreal Olympic Games and features a technically designed gusset, allowing for full arm rotation. The signature detail of the Stevenson rests in its extended tuck tail which provides warmth and protection. Since that time, the Boathouse brand has served the dedicated athlete, providing comfort and protection through their pursuit of greatness.

The Boathouse Stevenson Jacket is an enduring classic that lives up to its legacy. It blocks out the wind, wet, and cold. And it does so without restricting mobility. This is quite possibly the perfect jacket.
Great to hear! Thank you for the support!
I golf in the wet Pacific Northwest winter and have used several rain jackets from baggy to form fitting and from cheap to expensive. Baggy gets in the way and cheap leaves you wet in areas. Form fitting restricted my movement because I am not young slim and trim anymore.
I rowed in college and remembered my rowing jacket. That was a great piece of gear. Lightweight, good water resistance, and covers my back side when bent forward.
I found Boathouse online with goretex which was a must for me. Used it yesterday in off and on again rain. It worked like a champ and I could swing like I wasn’t wearing a jacket.
I love this jacket with the ability to use the tail on (wet stadium benches ) I wear jacket during the day with tail Velcro’ed and tucked up.
Great trending colors!!!!
